Cinnamon sugar treats

I had a pie crust in the fridge that needed to be used up. We happened to need something sweet last night so I made this delightful creation. It's a great, very fast treat that you could definitely bring to a party or serve at a party and guests would be happy.

You will need:

One pie crust (I used the store bought one that comes rolled and can be found in the dairy section of the supermarket)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
Non-stick spray or 1 tbsp melted butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together cinnamon and sugar. Unroll pie crust on a flat surface. Spray with non-stick spray or brush with melted butter. Sprinkle about 2/3 of the cinnamon sugar mix on top. Cut into eight triangle pieces; roll from large edge toward point, coated side up. Place on greased cookie sheet; spray tops with non-stick or brush with remaining butter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
